The stylists are always friendly and they do a great job with our toddler.

If I could give this zero stars, I would. The stylist was beyond inappropriate with my husband stating a personal judgement about how "he no longer looked like he was in the military." If this is how this company treats this countries veterans, then we want no part of being paying customers. My husband has gone to the Rocky Fork location in Gahanna every month since it has opened and I couldn't be more ashamed of the way he was treated.
